These terms are the rules for using theglowingoceans.com and for reservations and orders made through it.

1. Who we are

theglowingoceans.com is operated by Coco Agency, Lavele 18A, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, company registration number (UIC) 202075523 (“we”, “us”). Contact: dan@cocoagency.bg, +359 87 612 8527.

2. Using this website

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change these terms; the version shown here, with its date, is the one that applies.

3. Copyright

All intellectual property on this website belongs to Firoiu Dan Nicolae: the plates, pictures, texts, book pages, films, music recordings, designs, and the names Glowing Oceans and the Glowing Series. These rights are managed on his behalf by Coco Agency. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit to Glowing Oceans by Firoiu Dan Nicolae.
You may not copy, download for re-use, reproduce, alter, print, sell or publish the plates or other content, or use any of it to train or develop artificial-intelligence or other software, without our written permission.
For licences, press pictures and any other permission, write to Coco Agency, which manages these rights: dan@cocoagency.bg.

4. What the website shows

We take care that the information here is correct, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of error. The plates are artistic interpretations and do not show the true colours of the living animals. Pictures of rooms, halls and buildings are visualisations of proposed designs, not photographs. Release dates, formats, prices, editions and availability may change.

5. Reservations and orders

Pressing “Reserve your copy” or a similar button opens an email to us. A reservation is not a purchase and costs nothing: we will write to you with the price and release date, and you decide then whether to buy. A contract is made only when we confirm an order in writing with the price, delivery cost, taxes and delivery time. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless we say otherwise. Collector’s editions and works made to order are produced for the buyer after the order is confirmed. Buying a book or a work does not give you any copyright in the image.

6. Your rights as a consumer

If you live in the European Union and buy as a private person, you have the rights the law gives consumers, including, where it applies, the right to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The law makes exceptions, among them goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised. We will tell you before you buy whether the right of withdrawal applies and how to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

7. Exhibitions

Exhibition designs, plans and the presentation are proposals. They do not bind either side until a written agreement is signed with the venue. The visitor numbers shown are estimates, not safety limits.

8. Links and availability

We are not responsible for websites of others that we link to. We try to keep this website available, but cannot promise that it will always be online or free of faults.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible to you as the law requires. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or from its being unavailable.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. Please write to us first so that we can settle any difficulty directly. Consumers in Bulgaria may also turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). Disputes that cannot be settled are for the competent courts.
